Correct use of the portal

The User commits itself to use the Web or the services with the intention of the user not to damage, to make unusable or to deteriorate the Web or its services, nor to prevent a normal benefit of the Web by other Users.

The User guarantees that the activities that it develops in all cases will not be offensive nor defame  good reputation and commercial image of Group NFD or anyone from the integral societies of the Group, for other Users of the Web or third parties.  

Also, the User commits him/herself not to destroy, to alter, to make unusable or, of any other form, to damage the electronic data, programs or documents and others that are in the present Web. The User commits itself not to introduce programs, virus, macros, applet, ActiveX controls or any other device that he causes that is susceptible to cause any type of alteration in the computer science systems of the holder of the Web or of third parties.

The User commits him/herself  to use the Web appropriately and its content and services (for example services of chat, forums of discussion or groups of the news) that Group NFD offers through there websites and with states but does not limit, to not use it in the following (1) incurring illicit, illegal or opposite activities to the good faith and the public order; (2) to spread  contents or propaganda of racist character, xenophobia, pornographic-illegal, of vindication of the terrorism or that attempt against the human rights; (3) to cause damages in the systems physical and logical of Group NFD, his suppliers or third people, to introduce or to spread in the computer science network physical or logical virus or any other systems that they are susceptible to cause the damages previously mentioned; (4) to try to accede and, in its case, to use the accounts of electronic mail of other Users and to modify or to manipulate its messages.

Group NFD reserves the right to retract all commentaries and contributions that harm the respect to the dignity of the person, which they are discriminatory, xenophobes’, racist, pornographic, that attempts against youth or the childhood, the order or the public security or that, in his opinion, were not suitable for its publication. In any case, Group NFD will not be responsible for the opinions stated or used by the Users through the forums, chats, or other tools of participation.
