Group NFD agrees to respect and follow  all the rights of Intellectual and Industrial Property of its pages Web, as well as of the elements contained in same (for a reason or purpose declarative one, images, sound, audio, video, software or texts; marks or logos, combinations of colors, structure and design, selection of used materials, necessary programs of computer for their operation, access and use, etc.).

The User commits him/herself to respect the rights of Intellectual Property and Industrial property of Group NFD. He/she will be able to visualize the elements of different websites and to print them, to copy them and even to store them in the hard disk of his computer or in any other hardware as long as he/she is, only and exclusively, for his/her personal and exclusive use, being, therefore, final prohibited the transformation, distribution, public communication, putting to disposition or any other form of operation, as well as its modification, or alteration.

The User will have to abstain from and  suppress, to alter, to elude or to manipulate any protective device or security system that was installed in the pages of Group NFD.
