QUALITY, ENVIRONMENT AND PREVENTION OF WORK RISKS

The board of the NFD Group assumes that the principles which make up their policies of Quality, Environment and Prevention of Work Risks are systemized in:
The achievement of TOTAL QUALITY through the CONTINUAL IMPROVEMENT applied to optimize the General Process and Sub-Process of the NFD GROUP by assuring the fulfillment of the expectations of all their clients in all services offered, based on the following parameters:

1. The SATISFACTION OF THE CUSTOMER by fulfilling the requirements offered to the clients, responding to their demands and the delivery dates agreed upon, thus consolidating the trust in the NFD Group.
2. Awareness and Motivation of the NFD Group staff about the efficiency and efficacy required with a view of giving a high quality professional service, accordingly at competitive prices.
3. The ACTIVE HEALTH AND SAFETY PROTECTION OF OUR STAFF AMD OUR INSTALLATIONS ON SITE as basic for the development of the Construction activity of the NFD GROUP, thus obtaining SAFE processes and operations for all our staff in all our Centres, as well as for our clients and the public in general.
4. The conservation of the environment , as an assumed task, which is lead and directed by the Board via the executive lines, in their own work, as well as socially.

• The Board of Directors takes upon itself to evaluate and bear in mind all its work-sites and the effect on the ENVIRONMENT in order to efficiently protect persons and the surroundings, thus helping to minimize contamination and its possible consequences and the Board also takes upon itself to increase segregation of the residues generated in the work-sites of the NFD GROUP

• The Board is obliged to provide human and material resources which guarantee STAFF TRAINING as regards aspects such as QUALITY, ENVIRONMENT AND PREVENTION OF WORK RISKS in order to carry out the PROCESSES AND INSTRUCTIONS in this respect.

• The Board is obliged to fulfill the legal and other requirements which the NFD Group endorses, as regards QUALITY, PREVENTION OF WORK RISKS AND ENVIRONMENT.

• The same approach is demanded from the subcontractors who carry out our work, regarding QUALITY, ENVIRONMENT AND PREVENTION OF WORK RISKS.

• The Board will establish OBJECTIVES AND VIABLE AIMS annually and will carry out a follow-up on them by means of the pertinent indicators.

The personnel is aware of the motto : DO IT WELL, OR DON’T DO IT which is used in all work centres.
